The studio has an independent design team and a handicraft manufacturer in China, specializing in handmade woven fabrics and home decorations.NANFANG's brand philosophy is "designing for the reform and continuity of folk weaving craftsmanship." They integrate traditional bamboo weaving techniques with modern technology such as laser cutting and 3D printing, to create unique and modern woven fabrics. Based on the fabric weaving, designers utilize the interaction between materials to build the structure and functionality of products, and create home decoration items with a unique sense of beauty.Moreover, NANFANG adheres to the belief of "inheriting ancient beauty through folk hands" and invites hand-weaving artisans and embroiderers from villages in southwest Zhejiang Province to join the studio.
