EXPLORATION AND PRACTICE CASES OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WELL BUILDING STANDARDS AND EXTERPRISE ESG

10/06/2023
ESG, which stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance, is a set of investment principles and guidelines used to evaluate a company's non-financial performance in its business activities. It intuitively reflects a company's performance in environmental protection, social responsibility, and good governance. WELL is the world's first building rating system focused on creating healthier environments for occupants and advocates for buildings to provide opportunities for positive health outcomes. We recognize the direct correlation between the WELL healthy building system and corporate ESG performance in the environmental and social aspects. By incorporating advanced methodologies and requirements into daily asset management practices, we aim to create people-centric work and living environments that meet the needs of various stakeholders for health, comfort, and green low-carbon solutions. This approach enhances organic cohesion and satisfaction while also representing one of the best practices for companies to achieve asset transformation in ESG sustainable development.
