Xue Ya, a well-recognized business leader promoting collaborations between

through built environments. Representing IWBI in Asia, Xue Ya directs all IWBI
Asia-based operations, promoting broad adoption of the WELL Building Standard
and WELL Community Standard. Xue Ya plays an important role in the WELL
movement to transform buildings and communities in ways that help people
thrive. Under her leadership, Asia has become the top performing market for IWBI.
As a seasoned executive, Xue Ya has extensive experience in real estate
development, sustainability, international investment, China-US business and
cultural exchange, and government relations. Her entrepreneurship and visionary
leadership have led multiple international businesses into high-profile success.
With her sought-after experience, Xue Ya has been invited to serve as a board
member for business, cultural, educational and public interest groups including
the Partnership for New York City, the Asia Society, Lower Manhattan Cultural
Council and Delos.
Xue Ya lives in New York City area but travels regularly around the world to
advance the global healthy building movement.
