Xuan Chen

Ms. Chen Xuan, with a Doctor of Architecture degree of Central Academy of Fine Arts, is the current CEO of SHISHANG ARCHITECTURE, a renowned architect, interior designer and artist. Over the years, she and her team has been dedicated to public and commercial architecture design, interior design and housewares & furniture design, and meanwhile providing professional design solutions and consultation services for cultural institutions. Many Chinese celebrities are her clients, such as Jackie Chan, Feng Xiaogang, Yang Lan, Luo Zhenyu, Sui Jianguo, Jiang Jie, etc.. Ms. Chen has cooperated with various fashion brands and created a series of unique and popular lifestyle-relevant projects and products. ‘Instinct' series is the most representative furniture design of her, which was exhibited and collected in Beijing World Art Museum, and also collected permanently by Chengdu Biennale. Her works are loved and collected by professionals within the industry at home and abroad, including French fashion designer Christian Louboutin. Her latest furniture design series, in which Ms. Chen cooperated with the famous Italy luxury brand VG newtrend, was first debut in the Salone di Mobile Milan Furniture Fair in 2018. Her articles and art & architecture works have been published on VOGUE, Cosmo, Domus China,Interior Design China, China Architectural Daily》, 《Architectural Digest》, 《Better Home & Gardens,Hanghai Daily, China Daily, I look, BTV, CCTV, Sohu.com and other media. As an independent female architect, artist and designer, she brings brand new concept to Chinese architecture design and arts.
