A Principal in Gensler, with close to 20 years of design and project management experience in both global and local context , Freck is our Director for Workplace Practice , taking responsibility for the overall quality and direction of design services as well as mentoring and growing the next generation of designers in the team. Integral to the Gensler team and instrumental to delivering outstanding projects to clients, the spectrum of Freck’s experience spans a diverse range of projects from large scale corporate campus to new office development and small office restacks. Embodying the value of client-centric approach to design, Freck consistently delivers projects that achieve client goals and provide positive performance and impact for the client and the community.
