Founder of tonychi studios and design maverick, Tony Chi established his presence in the world of hospitality through the concept of “invisible design”: by designing for emotional resonance rather than overt style, the fixed aesthetic of his projects transcend time. Equally known for his steadfast belief in the power of design, infectious enthusiasm towards his work, and relentless ability to challenge design boundaries, Tony Chi was Creative Director of tonychi studios for 35 years. With his stewardship, the tonychi studios became the global design house it is today.
