Stella Chen

Stella Chen is Assistant Director of the Property and Asset Services Department, Savills East China Business Representative of the SCSC. Ms. Chen joined Savills in 2014 and has served as a property management position for large-scale commercial complexes in Shanghai, BD for the Savills East China headquarters, and taking icharge of the key customer relationship maintenance. Since 2020, she has also been responsible for the sustainable development consulting service business line in the East China region. Ms. Chen has many years of experience in property asset management and real estate sustainable development consulting, and holds multiple professional qualifications such as LEED AP/WELL AP/BBSP/Carbon Asset Manager/GRI Standard System Expert. She have served various top fund and real estate companies, such as Tishman Spayer, CBC Group, Gaw Capital, Nanfung Group, Lasalle, Sun Hung Kai, etc.
