Sean Affleck

Sean Affleck, BA (Hons), DipArch (Dist). Sean is one of Make’s four directors and leads the Hong Kong studio. He has over 30 years’ experience delivering distinguished schemes around the world, from the RIBA award-winning City of London Information Centre to Hong Kong’s MTR Intercity Railway Station, which connects Hong Kong to mainland China. Sean joined Make when it was formed in 2004 and currently leads our Hong Kong studio. He has played a key role in establishing Make as a renowned international architecture practice, leading numerous high-profile schemes in the UK, China, Hong Kong and beyond. Sean’s portfolio includes a wide range of commercial, educational, residential and leisure developments, plus urban design schemes and projects in the retail and arts and culture sectors. He has significant experience working with heritage sites and other sensitive contexts.
