Oliver Cheng assumes the role of President – China, effective April 7, 2025. Currently, he is based in Kohler's Shanghai office.

In this role, Oliver will lead the K&B China team as the transformation of the company's China operations is driven forward. His focus will include rebuilding the brands, strengthening product innovation, expanding the route to the market, improving cost efficiency, and fostering a highly engaged organization.

Previously, Oliver was based in Shanghai and had over 20 years of extensive management experience, primarily focusing on the personal health and personal care sector. He served as Senior Vice President, General Manager of Personal Health Greater China at Philips, where he was responsible for managing a business with net revenues of EUR 600 million and driving the strategic growth of categories such as male grooming, beauty, and oral healthcare. His leadership experience spans business growth, market expansion, and cross-category innovation, including collaboration with global teams and local partners.

Prior to Philips, he served in leadership roles for 3M, Mitsui Sumitomo Banking. Throughout his career, Oliver has excelled in strategic planning, enhancing brand value, and driving operational excellence across different markets. He graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and holds an MBA from Monash University, Melbourne.
