Ningning Li is the founder and executive director of Vistrat Design. The studio primary services cater to leading enterprises and startup teams in the consumer goods sectors including smart hardware, home appliances, stationery, and mother & baby products. Before, she was the Senior Director of Industrial Design in Xiaomi Ecosystem, leading design of Mi and Mijia’s smart hardware portfolio, awarded 100+ international design awards, including iF, Red Dot, IDEA and G-Mark. With over 20 years of cross-cultural working experience and educational background, she has a good understanding of design practices, strategic thinking approaches, and knowledge of manufacturing processes. She has a M.S degree of Industrial Design from Art Center College of Design in the U.S. and a B.S. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China.
