Originally from San Francisco with roots in Hong Kong, Maurice is a brand architect, business strategist, product designer, content curator and producer. He has served as a brand director at an international 4A advertising firm Leo Burnett, a producer and experience designer for mobile game studio Kabam, and holds an MBA from Tsinghua University. He is most recently one of the founding partners of CHAO, a lifestyle, design & hospitality management company based in Beijing, serving as the lead brand strategist and product designer, as well as the lead for communications, cultural content curation and partnerships. He is currently the Public Cultural Program Producer for Serpentine Pavilion Beijing, located at WF Central in Beijing. He is also an active public speaker and panelist, media contributor as well as the host of the podcast, “Culture Club with Maurice Li”.
