In 2014, Justin Bridgland and Jaycee Chui co-founded MDO, and in 2025, they co-founded Studio J. Bridgland together. He is an RIBA chartered Architect, interior designer and musician with over 20 years of experience in the UK and China. He started the Weekend Connoisseur, a company specialising in boutique travel experiences in Scotland, and recently Jaycee and Justin have moved into F&B with the opening of 2 restaurants they designed in Shanghai.
