DONG Hao, Architect, Co-founder and Partner of Crossboundaries, Chartered Member of RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects), Bachelor of Architecture, Beijing University Of Civil Engineering And Architecture, Master of Architecture, Pratt Institute, New York, Tsinghua University、Peking University and Central Academy of Fine Arts Teaching Instructor, Hao Dong, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Beijing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture, and a Master’s degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute, New York, USA. In 2005 Hao Dong co-founded the practice of Crossboundaries in Beijing together with Binke Lenhardt. Hao Dong is a chartered member of RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) and is regularly instructing at the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) and also at Tsinghua University. He is a frequent guest critic, lecturer, and public speaker on diverse forums and platforms, i.e. TEDx, a column writer for F.T. (Financial Times), and his consulting expertise on “How space shapes people” has been acknowledged by the Jiangsu and Shenzhen government. Hao Dong has been appointed as a juror for diverse architectural awards, i.e. the Architizer A+Award and the AMP MasterPrize, and he was selected as a nominator for the Sanlian ‘City for Humanity’ Awards 2020.
