Ethan Yao has more than 10 years experience in the real estate industry which encumber design management, project management, and operations experience. Currently he is at China Resources Land leading design management team overseeing various mix-use developments including of CRLand Center, Suzhou Creek Center, Embankment Square, MixC Park, Times Square asset enhancement and others.
During his 5 years engagement with Mapletree, he was a senior associate director participated in the design management of the company’s largest investment in China (US $920 million) a 500,000 square meter area of the mix-use complex project.
