Chunyan Cai

atelier tao + c was founded by Liu Tao and Cai Chunyan in 2016. Based in Shanghai, the studio's design practices range from a chandelier to a block, from the interior of a tiny urban house to the renovation of a rural house, from a street shop to a youth community. In combination with practice, it also focuses on research topics such as the renewal of old buildings and the object organization and settlement of living space.
