A maverick of all things creative, Christie Wright is an American-born Creative Director and conceptual designer based in Amsterdam. Her styling work for renown publications and clients includes, Martha Stewart Living, View on Colour, Bloom and trend forecasting for Studio Edelkoort, Paris. She created collections of home accessories for Brooklyn lifestyle brand West Elm, while teaching in the Product Design department of the Parsons School of Design in New York. Her most recent work Audiowear, a series of musical jewelry exploring the acoustic qualities of clay was exhibited at the Museum of Art and Design, New York. With two MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art in Ceramic Art and the Design Academy Eindhoven in Product Design, and the recipient of various honors, including a Fulbright grant and a Louis Comfort Tiffany Grant for the Arts, Christie Wright currently doubles as Associate Creative Director at Marcel Wanders studio and Art Director at design company Moooi.
