Mr. Andy To joined the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) in January 2018, assuming the responsibility of overseeing their operations in the North Asia region, which encompasses China, Japan, and South Korea. In his role, he leads a team dedicated to promoting the widespread adoption of the LEED green building certification system, owned and developed by USGBC, as well as other sustainable development-related certification systems under GBCI throughout North Asia.
