From 2019 to 2023, Alicia served her role as COO for Great Place to Work, Greater China. During the difficult time, she explored new business models and built brand new social communication sales and operational teams, made historical business performance. Worked with the best workplaces in Greater China, Alicia dedicated in researching the best practices and shared the market insights of Greater China through global media channels such as BBC. From 1999 to 2018, Alicia acted as senior leadership roles for China & APAC in MNCs of Hospitality, Retails and Consultancies. She opened 12 flagship hotel projects (e.g. Andaz Xintiandi, Grand & Park Hyatt) and established the team for 5 international fashion brands. She offered advices to the top leadership, board members and sharehoders.
