From 2019-2023, Alicia served her role as COO for Greater
Place to Work, Greater China.
From 1999-2018, Alicia acted as senior leadership roles for
China & APAC in MNCs of Hospitality, Retails and
Consultancies. She also lead a few flagship projects.
During pandemic (2020 to 2022), Alicia worked with
Microsoft, BBC, Financial Times and Bloomberg
Businessweek (Chinese), and many more reputable global
medias and offered the market insights out of Great Place To
Work, Greater China’s studies and Analysis.
With a background in Law, Alicia also holds a Global
Executive MBA of INSEAD.
