Kitty Cheung
Marketing & ESG Director, Greater China, Hines
Kitty officially joined Hines in July 2020. Prior to joining Hines, she has been working for employers like Shui On, Hong Kong IFC and Nan Fung Group. with over 18 years’ marketing experience at retail and mixed-use property projects.
Kitty has a dual role in Hines. She is responsible for all marketing initiatives for One Museum Place and as the ESG Leader of Hines China, Kitty is responsible for the implementation of ESG strategies and ensuring the ESG excellence of One Museum Place.
Under her leadership, One Museum Place has received various awards and certifications including a 5-star GRESB rating in 2023, the 2022 ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence, the Sustainability Achievement of the Year-Excellence by RICS China Awards 2021, as well as the Best Green Development from MIPIM Asia Pacific Awards 2019.
