Q: Can tickets be refunded after registration?
Please note that tickets are paid admission and not regular goods. Once registration is complete, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Entry is valid only during the registered time slot, and re-entry on the same day is permitted.

Professional visitor open days are from 19–22 March 2026 (Thursday–Sunday). Distributor open days are from 19–22 March 2026 (Thursday–Sunday). If you work in distribution, procurement, retail, or related industries, please select [Distributor] when registering and provide the required information. Your registration will be reviewed within the specified timeframe. We offer distributors complimentary four-day exhibition tickets for Design Shanghai (valued at 200$).
Q: How can media visitors register?
Media open days are from 19–22 March 2026 (Thursday–Sunday). If you work in professional design media, general media, social media, or as a KOL, please select [Media] when registering and provide the required information. Your registration will be reviewed within the specified timeframe. We provide media visitors with complimentary exhibition tickets for Design Shanghai and access to the Design Shanghai Global Design Conference (valued at 340$ ).

Public open days are 21–22 March 2026(Saturday–Sunday). Members of the public and design enthusiasts can select [Public] to purchase tickets without review.
As Design Shanghai is a professional exhibition, children under 16 are not recommended to attend.
