LuxCushion™

(2023 China Debut) "LuxCushion™ is a revolutionary new backing system released by Tuntex. It's a unique backing system utilizing high-resilience nylon fiber. The 3D structure of nylon fibers offers adequate space to squeeze and bounce back with firm foot supports. It improves comfort level by 30.2% and reduces foot fatigue by 19.8%. In addition, with the thick layers of nylon fibers, LuxCushion™disperses the undesirable noise in the environment by about 10% compared to typical backing, and about 20% compared to hard flooring. LuxCushion™ requires fewer materials during production, is plasticizer-free, and has very low TVOC. Besides that, StainShield™, and SoilGuard™, EcoFresh™, and Micro-Shield™ are specially added.When LuxCushion™ applies to the carpet, both the top and bottom are premiere nylon.
