Yi Design’s current mission is to contribute to the world’s growing recycling movement by repurposing the ten million tons of China’s yearly ceramic waste, the largest stockpile of ceramic waste in the world, into beautiful and lasting products. The cycle of ceramic making will be profoundly affected through our brick, tile, and art products made with 100% recycled ceramic waste. China is the largest producer of ceramic products in the world, and Yi Design’s recycling initiative will literally change the landscape as mountains of waste are recycled.
