LUZN, with Swiss heritage and roots, entered the Chinese market in 2001. Guided by its mission and vision of "delivering professional flooring solutions to secure long-term satisfaction for 100 million users", the brand has been dedicated to the field of flooring materials and services.
The brand’s development journey can be divided into four phases:
• 2001–2010: Established a joint venture with the Swiss Krono Group, introducing original Kronoswiss-branded products manufactured in Switzerland to the Chinese market.
• 2011–2021: Expanded its product range by acting as an agent for more European brands, building a comprehensive European product portfolio to meet the diverse needs of mid-to-high-end customers.
• 2021 onwards: Upgraded its strategic focus to offer a full product matrix tailored to mid-to-high-end consumers, advancing the "independent R&D + global OEM" business model.
• 2025: Transformed into a total flooring solutions provider, delivering scenario-specific integrated packages that combine aesthetic appeal, functional performance, professional services and personalized customization. To further strengthen its capabilities, the brand also set up an R&D center in Switzerland.
Currently, LUZN runs over 300 sales outlets across more than 100 cities in China, backed by a professional service team. In April 2023, the brand was awarded the "Outstanding Contribution Award" by the EPLF.
