Arclay, a combination of "architecture" and "clay", was founded in Jingdezhen by architect Liu Lin in 2022 after her return from Germany. It specializes in daily use items made of natural materials primarily consisting of clay. The series of products are often inspired by architecture and nature, observing nature from the perspective of an architect, skillfully fusing the two elements, and expressing them through traditional handicrafts. While inheriting traditional Chinese handicrafts, Arclay aims to explore the relationship between architecture and nature, or the relationship between humans and nature, through light-hearted and interesting works, in order to guide people to pay attention to our living environment and appreciate the beauty in the little things around us.
