Tsing-Tien Making

Tsing-Tien Making is a Shanghai-based architecture and spatial research studio, selected by Wallpaper* as one of the 2024 emerging practices to watch. Working from a cross-cultural perspective, the studio combines international architectural experience with Eastern narrative traditions, exploring how space can carry memory, time, and shared public experience through architecture, renovation, and visual practice. This Open Day presents Tsing-Tien Making's working method through selected illustration works and architectural projects, exploring how drawing informs spatial design. The studio will be arranged as a small gallery, displaying curated artworks alongside projected animations, videos, and process-based visuals for visitors to engage at any time.
