GOOD DESIGN SELECT
Established in 1957, the G-Mark Design Award is one of the four major global design awards, often referred to as the "Oscar of Design." GOOD DESIGN SELECT, driven by curator Shi Xiaoxi, is an important event promoting Sino-Japanese design exchange, officially authorized by G-Mark. This exhibition selects representative designs from China that won the G-Mark Award in 2023 (MEIZU 20 INFINITY).

Cheng Chung Design's technology company, RARITAG, will be present at IDEAFUSION booth as one of the special programs. With the theme of "Transformation of Design", this special program will create diversified situations, incorporate recycled materials and imaging technology into space design, transform people's memory of inherent materials and space, and also show the excavation of design in the field of art and space.
Her Vision - Female Themed Art of Life Forum
At 2024 Design Shenzhen, Her Vision - Female Themed Art of Life Forum brings together five female designers and artists, Chen Dinnan of Shenzhen Rongor Design, Zhou Jing of Shenzhen Panshine Interior Design, Wang Ziyan of YORO Design, Shi Shaofen of ArtHouse Design, and Fang Ruofei of Meiwujie Design, to create an aesthetically pleasing living space.
2024 WAD Luxury Residence Design and Construction Summit
The 2024 WAD Luxury Residence Design and Construction Summit will be held concurrently with Design Shenzhen at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. This summit, themed "Intelligence, Health, and Quality: Technology Redefining Luxury Living Standards," aims to establish an international platform for industry exchange. Renowned Dutch designer Marcel Wanders will serve as chairman, alongside numerous design masters, developer teams, and luxury residence supply chain experts, all participating in forums to share insights, provoke thoughts, and foster collaboration.
Rural Futures Award
The Rural Futures Award, initiated jointly by Design Shenzhen and the Chinese young architect community APT, aims to recognize outstanding architectural practices in the field of rural development, guiding positive values for sustainable construction in rural China. The second edition of the Rural Futures Award officially opened for submissions in January 2024 and is scheduled to hold its award ceremony in early 2025. The award categories include the Construction Award, Reactivation Award, and Symbiosis Award, with the intention of uncovering excellent architectural practices within the rural development sector.
