2025 Theme:  "Mass Wonders"

Initiated by the acclaimed designer Chen Min, neooold marks its sixth anniversary in 2025. At this year's highly anticipated Design Shanghai exhibition, neooold will unveil its thought-provoking theme “Mass Wonders". This theme delves into the profound and serene beauty of handcrafted art that flourishes in tranquility, urging a return to our inner selves and a renewed focus on the essence of creation.

In response to the evocative theme, curator Chen Min has handpicked nearly 20 young Chinese artisans to create masterpieces imbued with the spirit of neooold, utilizing time-honored crafts such as lacquer, ceramics, metalwork, and weaving. 

In an era dominated by speed, neooold invites visitors to pause, embrace stillness, and savor the subtle wonders that unfold.
