Starting in 2024, Design Shanghai features a new initiative called “Beyond Craft Japan" aimed at professionals in the architecture and interior industries as well as discerning consumers. This pavilion blends Japanese aesthetics, offering an opportunity to experience the depth and creativity of Japanese design. Visitors explore Japanese beauty through materials and craftsmanship, while also discovering new possibilities for cultural exchange between Japan and China.
