Box Valle & Glowing Landscape by Super Rice Architects

As the pandemic eased, places gradually reopened, and people started to leave their homes to restart their public life. This project is part of Design Shanghai·Xintiandi Design Festival 2023; Audi China collaborated alongside Super Rice Architects to design a public installation, “Glowing Landscape,” along with the concept of an “urban forest,” we hope to create a surreal environment composed with forest, hills, streams in the hustle and bustle of the city, where people can pause and rest. Beyond this, participants are encouraged to rethink our relationship to the city, public space, nature, climate, and technology in the post-Covid era.
