Dal Cuore, established in 2018, is an original F&B brand specialising in artisanal Italian gelato. With a philosophy centred on creativity, flavour, rule-breaking and sustainability, the brand conveys a distinctive and relaxed lifestyle. At Design Shanghai this year, Dal Cuore will not only present innovative flavour experiences but also create a “Gelato utopia” within the exhibition space. By bringing its gelato counter into the Shanghai Exhibition Centre, the brand invites visitors on a sensory journey through its signature “olive oil vanilla gelato”.
