Kaisha is a western restaurant & cocktail bar co-run by senior Japanese bartender Naoki Toyo, Tomohiro Shinoda and senior French Cuisine Chef Jason Chai. It is also the first East-West fusion restaurant in Shanghai to propose the concept of cocktails pairing the eight courses tasting menu. The store is divided into West and Higashi, creating different experiences and enjoyments in different styles. Classic & innovation, whether from the production of cocktails or the concept of meals, is the concept that Kaisha always implements the concept, and also brings a refreshing and incomparable deep delicious experience to senior diners in Shanghai.
