Design Shanghai is renowned as one of the world's most prestigious international design events and Asia's foremost design showcase. Continually pushing boundaries, it has played a pivotal role in shaping China's dynamic design landscape. Design Shanghai 2025 recently concluded with great success, featuring four core sections: Furniture & Lighting, Kitchen, Bathroom & Systems Design, New Materials & Applications, and Living & Lifestyle. Together, these sections spotlighted over 600 expertly curated design pieces from more than 30 countries and regions, offering a glimpse into the latest trends and innovations in design.
The event also presented seven special curated features: TALENTS, Neooold, Re:Materialize, Made in JDZ, Beyond Craft Japan, Collectible Design & Art, and Materials First. Complementing these were three key forums — the KOHLER · Design Shanghai Global Design Conference, the Design for Wellbeing Conference, and the CMF Conference — where over 200 design visionaries gathered to share insights and spark dialogue.
The exhibition attracted more than 76,000 professional visitors, reaffirming its position as Asia's leading international design event. Design Shanghai will return to the Shanghai Exhibition Centre on March 12–15, 2026, continuing to offer an unparalleled opportunity to immerse in world-class creativity and design influence.
